The scale

The scale hasn't moved for 7 weeks.

For seven weeks. Not up, not down - 7 weeks!

In that seven weeks I've started WW again & workout for at least 20 minutes 4 or 5 times a week and it still hasn't moved.

Granted, I weigh less now than when I got pregnant both times and I thank my lucky stars for that because I know lots of women aren't that lucky, but HELLO!!

So get ready to hear a lot about my fitness journey. Mostly, I'd like to be able to wear what I want and not wonder how I look all day. Maybe blogging about it will help me get over some sort of mental hurdle. If it's in wrting I must be committed to it so let's see what happens.

My goal is to lose 30 pounds by November 1.

Wish me luck and pray I don't overdose on those WW 1 point caramel cakes.....

    You can do it sister! WW is the devil - pure, unadulterated evil, but it's the only program that has worked for me.
